Could you give us your exact water parameters? Are you using ro/di water? It's possible they're starving if there isnt enough food.

Ammonia 0
Nitrate 20
Nitrite 0
Ph 8.0
Temp 78
And i use water from the local water store from those big jugs a lot of reefer go to this place so i figured it was good

Cooler water snail [pacific]....78 degrees is about as high as they can go, but prefer cooler temps.

Your temp is too high, they prefer about 74-75. You’d do best with Trocus Snails. They eat a lot of different algae, don’t get too big and are pretty hardy. I’ve had 2 in my tank for a few years now.
