Help with Spots of Fins.....

I am trying to figure out what the white spots are on my puffer and trigger. I have attached photos.

The spots are on mostly their fins.

Fins are often the easiest place to see ich, especially on a pale fish like a dog face. puffer.

I have been treating tank with Polyplab Medic for five days

Polylab medic does not treat ich. I think treatments like this continue to make claims to efficacy based on a small but statistically relevant number that it may improve the fish’s immune system so that they can survive with a parasite. Imo anyway.

Are there any known in tank treatments , my tank is built in behind wall so catching the fish is almost hopeless. I have a FOWLR tank
