I currently have a 10g reef that had a decent CUC, two peppermint shrimp and a firefish. I also have multiple LPS drags, a digi, and planning on adding some more softies/a hammer.

I was thinking of putting one or some combination of the following in:

Tailspot Blenny

Possum Wrasse

Highfin goby/pistol shrimp

Cleaner shrimp/peppermint shrimp

Maybe a clown goby but they seem kinda lame to me.

Any other options would be lovely!

I love my clown gobies, they are able to perch on the glass and they are always out and about. Also love tailspots those two I would definitely do. Never had a possum wrasse but they look cool. I'd also recommend a purple firefish or a regular firefish.

A ten is really small, but you should be able to do those.
Another wrasse to consider is the pink-streaked wrasse.
They're tiny, but in my experience, they acclimate better than possum wrasses.
Once your tank is established with some algae, you could consider a Rainford's goby.
They're beautiful and have different behavior than a high fin goby,
cruising around hovering near the bottom rather than crouching in a hole.
@Old Fritz probably didn't notice that you already have a firefish; not recommended to add another one.
Could add a few Sexy shrimp.
If going for a clown goby, the green one has more interesting markings than the yellow or lemon ones.

Do you think I could get away with a rainsford, tailspot, and a firefish in one tank?

I think so. The firefish will be the largest of the 3. They should ignore each other.

My first ten gallon i had a purple firefish, tailspot. clown goby, and a mochavinci clownfish with no issues. I actually had a baby snowflake in there for a time as well as he was tiny and my next biggest at the time was a 75. He actually left everything alone

The thing to consider is visibility. The problem with many of the fish on the list that you have is that they tend to be pretty cryptic so you could be looking at a tank devoid of fish life for a decent part of the time. A Pink Streaked Wrasse is more likely to be visible than a Possum Wrasse and a Clown Goby (particularly the Yellow) is far more likely to be visible. I have to admit I didn't think much of clown gobies until I saw them in action and they are by far one of the most visible and active of the nanofish you can get.

Here is but one example:

You could also look into one of the more exotic clown type gobies (ie Panda Goby):
