there are occasionally posts about fish loss that involve skipping disease preps, then blended with those api readings above found on thousands of reefs the cycle gets blamed for what skipping fish disease preps caused.

new cycling science will never doubt ammonia control in a reef tank beyond day ten until new cycling charts showing ammonia control taking longer than ten days are printed. all cycling charts going to back to 1966 show ten day compliance for a reason/supported by all seneye cycles in 2023. nobody's cycle takes beyond ten days unless its uncured ocean rock or fully unassisted dry starts, which nobody does. non digital test kits are solely to blame for the concept of a stalled cycle, which doesn't occur in reefing.
nobody is going to believe that reef cycles don't stall until a new macna speaker overrides the one that told us reef cycles stall. it will take macna speakers a little while to catch up to what's on the forums.
