Help with Test Results

My ATI test shows Copper. Is this normal. How about my other results? I am experiencing STN on my Acropora

So when I convert my Copper 8.45ug/L to 0.00845 mg/L is it high? I don't know where it comes from unless the numbers are normal.

Dangerous level of copper for shrimps is 0.03 mg per litre.
Dangerous level of copper for algae and bacteria is 0.08 mg per litre.
Dangerous level of copper for some fish, snails and plants is 0.10 mg per litre.

So it appears to be non toxic why did ATI show it being high
