help with the triton method

Good morning people,
I would first like to apologize for the errors in writing, as I am from Brazil and do not speak English.
Could you please help me, the Triton method is coming to Brazil only now, although it has been in Europe for a long time. I would like to know what you think about the method because I am thinking of starting my 450 liter aquarium by this method. would you indicate? really works well?

I plan on using a modified version of this for my future tank. I want to add sand and use different supplements though. From what I have heard it is hard to get enough of their supplements due to high demand
