Help with Theiling Reefmat Compact 1

After plugging in and turning on my reefmat it just simply goes through the hole roll at once.
Water levels are below the float switch.
Anybody had that experience?
And how did you fix it?

Please disregard my last question concerning the Theiling Rollermat Compact 1.

I solved the problem directly with Theiling in Germany (there is an advantage speaking German ;-))

Problem was my impatience and lack of documentation on the control unit.
The tank is new and was simply not “dirty” enough to trigger the advancement and pushing the button on the control unit is only for manual advance.
The light stays off when unit is operating.
None of this is described in the manual.
