These two fish were recently obtained and have been in a non-medicated quarantine tank for 1 week. This morning they both developed a solitary white, round lesion. One is on the lunula’s dorsal fine and the other is on the goldenback’s pectoral fin.
I appreciate your help.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I can sort of see the lesions, but they aren't super clear (I know it's tough to get good fish photos). The dorsal fin issue is likely to be a scrape.

This post explains all of the background information that is helpful for us to know:

Holding the triggers in an unmedicated quarantine for more than 72 hours isn't good. You should begin an active quarantine process so that any sub-acute diseases don't have a chance to ratchet up.

If it's what I'm seeing - and I only see it on one fish - there are 3 rather larger white areas - that to me look like lymphocystis. Which is a viral infection that often relates to water conditions/transport/stress - and eventually goes away - HOWEVER - as @Jay Hemdal said - more information would be very helpful.

Looks to me like injury which seems to coincide with the pattern of the empty shells. I personally would remove the shells. Not saying the shells are the cause but are capable of causing such issues. What other fish are in the tank?
Can you provide pics of entire tank under white lighting ?
