Help with this clear brown snot

Hi everyone need help identifying whatever is going on in my tank. It’s like a clear brown tint of slime snot looking stuff growing all over my rocks and sand. Everything in tank seems to be doing fine it’s just ugly to look at. It comes of the rock fairly easy but in like clumps. Water par are as follows
Phos .02
Mag 1250
Alk 8
Cal 420
Nitrate below 5 using api for that so who knows
Run a mix of carbon and gfo in reactor and have chateo refugium
