+1 I made sure I got some included in some live rock I saw that had them. They are 100% reef safe and "never" knock anything over. They do not have a bulky shell so they glide over and are light weight so the odds of them being a pain is basically zero. I took a ton out of my 90G to seed my 225G with them. Until I sell my 90G I will continue to transfer over them. Some fish will eat them so they typically come out at night so you won't even see them cleaning your tank but the effect is seen in the morning. They reproduce in my tank as well. Snails die in tanks all the time (which is why I keep ~0 ). These literally can not get stuck so the only time they die is if they are eaten, old age or water quality. You might not like the way they look but at least they won't die unside down and smell terrible if/when you take out the snail. Rant over. In conclusion: they are wonderful!I have hundreds in my 180, no other snails or hermits. They rock in my opinion. They don't knock over or bulldoze corals, and they reproduce in my tank. It's a never ending supply of cleaners.
