Not sure if previous post posted, sorry if repeated. I dipped Tuesday with mild solutions of Bayer, rinsed and weak CoralRX pro, I necrosis on edges and been removing and netting out. Did I kill it?

Moved to new location today, still see dead tissue

put it in front of a Power head, leave it there. It will come back
Did that and shock it, holding onto rock it’s attached to today, it’s got flow from 2 directions now. You give me hope! Do I pull off dead tissue or leave alone?

They are very weird- If you stress it out they will sometimes remain closed for up to 5 months and then one day they will open up again like nothing ever happened. I would give it more light and give it more flow and it should be fine.

Leave the dead tissue- removing it will just aggrevate it more.
Well, of course that makes sense! I fiddle with it, no more. Is it closed up now? Can you tell me? Only corals I have are Zoas and mushrooms that came on live rock years and years ago and just grew.

So my blue face angel ate half of the outside and half of the inside plate. I thought it was a goner. That was maybe 2 months ago. I found a new home for my angel, we weren't a good match anymore , the toadstool now looks amazing. It took a couple weeks in front of the power head to get there. It stayed attached to its rock but kept flipping over. I straightened it many times. I would leave it alone
Look at the first few seconds of the video .

Oh my, I think my “ Sally Sailfin Tang “ nipped it alittle! Thanks so mush to everyone’s help, Debra

It’s exposing part of thick stalk! I’m just watching with my magnifying glass. I’m glad to know to leave it alone Big Thanks!!!
