Hi just wanted to know while doing a TTM treatment can I clean the tank using boiling water from the kettle? Instead of using vinegar ?

I have never done that. I guess it’s possible, though I how are you going to clean all the surfaces? If you’re cleaning by hand, it will probably have to cool down right? And it might damage your heater.
I just drain, rinse and dry everything immediately and let everything sit in the sun for 3 days. I don’t vinegar or bleach. no issues for me. Good luck!

Me too. When you do the transfer, drain the old tank. Rinse, if you want. By the time you are ready for the tank again (about 72 hours), it will be dry. Everything must be completely dry for 24 hours to kill the encysted ich.
