Help with two

Any ideas what these two might be and how to remove them?
 
The first one is hard to see but I believe it is an amphipod. That is a good thing if it is.

Second one is a bristle worm. Again, not a bad thing as long as you don't have to many of them. They do a great clean up job. You can get rid of some of them by putting a piece of shrimp in a section of nylon and dropping it in the tank overnight. They will get stuck on it then you throw the nylon away in the morning. That just helps keeps the numbers in check.

+1. I’ve been going to my lfs to try to get some bristle worms. They can’t seem to remember to save me some.
 
Just don't touch the bristle worms with your fingers, hurt like crap.
