Hi folks

Looking for advice on my clownfish it's been about 8 weeks since I found red marks on their bodies female looks like she has made a recovery as she was the first one I noticed with the problem was not sure what I was dealing with but everything I googled pointed to brooklynella I also suspected my Indonesia gold torch as this thing is super sticky I'll post some pictures. when I removed the female I placed her in a QT tank and left the male still in the main tank as it was impossible to catch him without destroying the rockwork. anyways the next day the male had a massive blister spot which was red, It looked like a water blister but was very red. I immediately I reacted and removed the male destroyed the rockwork but got him in the end. So because I didn't know what I was dealing with I used API general cure for 1 week done a water change added carbon left the tank for 1 week and a bit did a freshwater dip on both fish as the skin was still red on both fish also female had some kind of gray mark on the side of her gill I picked up some waterlife fin and rot as I could not get any formaldehyde and this product had this in it. so they did 7 days in this I've left them for around 4 weeks now all the red marks have gone. I've been feeding them astaxanthin and spirulina to try and help the male's skin better you can still see the outline of where the dmg was on the male just not as bad.

some questions now
1. the likely hood of the clowns hosting the torch and this did the dmg nothing else in the tank has shown signs of a disease !!
2.how long should I leave the clown in the qt tank?
3. Is there anything else I can do to help the clownfish heal faster than what I'm doing atm?

pictures of what I think the problem was

any help would be great the pictures I've posted are about a week old but they look the same still.

are you sure its not uronema?
there is a possibility, but then no other fish in the main tank has it. and the redness was not like uronema as this had a blister over the top of it like when we as humans get sunburn or get burnt with a grill or something hot it forms that water blister that's why I had a feeling the torch was to blame as both fish were hosting it and more so the female once I removed her the male was in it all night next day when I got home from work I noticed he had this red water blister mark. but the female also had a gray mark on her gill which if you google that it comes up with brooklynella so not sure what it was or what else I can do the skin is definitely healing now from what it did look like.
