It looks like it has been ripped in half.

There is also a big bulge in the stalk.

I've had them for about two weeks and they have been doing great.

They are actually zoas. :D

Have you seen any pests? Tried dipping?
I dipped with CoralRx before I put them in the tank, but I did see an asterina in the tank, so that might be it. Does it look like asterina damage?
At night when it is all closed up, the entire polyp is there, but there is a line dividing it in half.

Asterina starts can definitely munch on zoas but it's difficult to identify the good from the bad. Normally the asterina will engulf the entire polyp IME. Personally I wouldn't worry to much. Utter chaos seem to grow pretty quickly and for now if just keep a close eye on them.

bulge?...can it be a baby growing? sometimes w corals when they are about to split or leave a baby..they look funny
Ah, I was about to mention that a new head was sprouting next to it. I can't see if the "bulge" is still there, but the polyp is still half closed.
