Help with water flow and sps corals

Would the area circled in green on the picture be considered a high flow area? want to put a birds nest or a monti cap there but not sure if that would be a good floe area without being placed on the ledge beside it in direct flow.

I think only you would really know that. Seems like a powerhead may be pointing that way, so maybe?

That rear powerhead looks like it should be hitting that spot pretty good. Does that xenia or clove right below that spot move pretty good? Nice and high in the rockwork should be a good spot I would guess.

the power head on the right is one of the rotating heads so most of the flow goes straight. the one in back is pointing straight at you. wasn't sure how much flos comes out to the side of it.
