Saw this white spot on my Koran angel today. Eating and behaving normally. No flashing. Really only notice the spot from certain angles. Hoping I’m not looking at ich. Any opinions on what I’m seeing?

I see no sign of an Ick infestation.
I see maybe one dot, could be anything.
Should be easy to see on the Fins.

Looks like a nick or even a spot from diminished Lymphocystis but being one dot, continue to keep an eye on it as it does seem to be isolated and not multiplying. A cyst too is possible. Assure good water quality and diet provided.

Just keep an eye on it. Looks a bit too large to be ich. If the spot stays in the same location for 72 hours or so, it isn’t ich. Ich trophonts will come and go and change location pretty much daily.

Just noticed a similar size spot on the tail of my trigger, but also only one spot. Wondering if maybe they aren’t duking it out a little and they’re war wounds. They peck each other from time to time. Will keep an eye on it for the next 72 hours and go from there.
