My wrasse has developed this mark on its body. I got it 10 days ago and has been in a QT since. I thought fluke so I did a freshwater dip but nothing came off.

That looks like a wound. Keep an eye on the surrounding area looking for a white-ish film or redness to develop in the tissue surrounding the wound. Looks like a bit of white-ish already. Do you have any antibiotics to help the fish if necessary? Kanaplex, Furan2, Sulfaplex, NFG, Neoplex? I'd dose one of the antibiotics or at least give it a bath in Ruby Reef Rally (has both antibiotic and antiseptic qualities) along with high quality fresh or frozen food with vitamins. Beautiful fish.

Very likely Uronema I am currently fighting to keep my yellow Purple wrasse alive. My Ruby Head Fairy died from it, see similar pics below. The Ruby Head had sores like yours and my Yellow started to develop one but I’m hoping I caught it in time. Two scoops of metro per 10G, General Cure with food, and Furan 2 is what I’m currently using. My Wrasses were sourced originally from Quality Marine. My yellow is still alive at the 48 hr mark which for me is a victory since the Ruby Head was gone in under 12.
