Help with yasha goby and pistol shrimp

Hello. I just got my pistol shrimp and yasha goby. Goby looks great. Pistol shrimp, not so much. He was turned on his back/side, very little movement out of him but he is alive. I have both of them acclimating to temp rn. Should I accumulate the shrimp and goby to the qt tank or just the goby. I think the shrimp will do much better in my display. I know he is stressed, would keeping them together help?? Thanks
