Help with Yellow Tang in QT

I currently have a Yellow tang in QT...purchased back in late December 2019. I had another ick breakout in my DT, so I had to remove my other 4 fish to treat with the yellow tang. Approximately 7 days ago, the yellow tang was covered in white spots/bumps...pretty much all over its body to include its face, ect. I am treating with copper power at 2.0 ppm. Once the white spots dropped off, there were scars/pitting all over it's body. It also started to get red areas throughout it's fins/body...probably secondary infection from the ick. As of today, the white bumps are back and the pitting is all over it's face/mouth. He/she is acting normal...eating great & interacting with the other fish, ect. Not sure if I have misdiagnosed...should I focus on something else? Thanks everyone!!

today is day 12.

the skin doesn't look like the photos related to HLLE...the pitting after the ick break out is the most noticeable. I was thinking dosing an antibiotic (Furan-2 or Kanaplex) to maybe help the secondary issues caused by ick.

Both Furan2 and Kanaplex can be combined to cover a wider spectrum of bacterial infections. Can also add Metro so it would cover more of the internal bacterial infections.

At 14 days the Ich should be gone and you can pull the fish out and place into a fresh QT and observe for 14 days. With such a rough looking infection, I'd strongly consider doing so and then get on the antibiotics, great food + vitamins.
