Hi to all you zoafanatics out there, i've sorta caught the bug lately and bought about a dozen frags of some deepwater japanese zoas(not all tho)
they were very vibrant and deep in color but now that they have been in my tank they've lost that rich vibrant color. i'm running a fairly low nutrient tank, and sps are all doing amazing, lps are doing well also so i'm a little preplexed. how much flow and light do they like? i've tried them under the bulbs on the sand bed and they don't seem to like that, tried them in the shade and they seem to get real long. Love to hear some zoa care tips.
my tank's params
0 N&P at least with test kits
420 cal
8-9 alk
1350 mag
