HELP! Woke up to this

Woke up to hundreds of these tiny little larvae worms all over my glass!! Does anyone know what this is and how do I get rid of them?

It’s hard to tell but it looks like it could be ghost flatworms which are harmless.

These are nematodes
Clean sandbed more often and several wrasses will eat them (6 lined, lunare,yellow coris)
