HELP!! WORRIED ABOUT MY FISH!!

Have you tried going lights out?? He's most likely stressed. This has happened to me a few times and I usually turn my lights off so they can hide and start to get the feel for things.

there isn't any lights on the tank, i just have a really big window and it's the sunlight, should i maybe wrap a towel around it and maybe that's better?

UPDATE: I feed him frozen brine shrimp and he ate it! he explored a bit but he is still in the corner, although he looks a bit better and he swimming a bit now.

when i turn them on he comes out and he just swims around but then whe they are off he hides in his little spot in a rock lol

New fish.... new home... it takes time. I'm sure the fish is fine.

My firefish would hide in her cave anytime there was extra noise or people in the house, also every night to sleep. Getting to know what is "normal" for your fish now that it has to adjust to life in a tank will take time. Good luck!
