Help yellow wrasse sick dint know what's wrong

My yellow wrasse has been doing fine in qt up until today he is breathing fast laying on his side he looks bent kind of his rear fine is stuck in one position like he cant move it to swim I dont know what it is any help would be appreciated

He been eating great just fed him and still was more than active to eat

Most likely a spinal injury, from what you describe. It may heal, it may not.

The tail fin is in a point instead of a y shape as well

Do u have a cover he might have hit while jumping?

I do have a glass cover hopefully he can recover super awesome fish

Most likely what happened sometimes they recover 100% sometimes they can live with the deformity. Hopefully he pulls through for you.
