I had this 4 polyp zoa frag at the bottom of the tank for a week. I then moved it to the top of the tank. I use a kessil a80 over a nuvo 10. All other corals are very happy. Should I worry about this? Maybe crank the light down to 50%? Attached is a picture before move and after. The skirt is also kinda scrunched. Nitrates 3 ppm, and phosphates .04.

Reccomend moving it back in it's original location and try the move again in 7-10 days after it's back to normal. If you have a smaller 3 frag rack you can gradually move 2 inches higher each day which will help.

Might take a couple days to adjust, if not or shows signs of more stress, put it back on bottom, let it recover for a week or two and then move up gradually in steps.

Also may consider adding some amino acids and/or coral foods. It won't help if it's stressed by too much light, but if you put it back on bottom, it can help it recover and get more tolerant of temporary stress.
