Help zoanthids not opening

Hello everyone,
Some reason my white zombie zoanthids won't open? Any ideas most of my other zoanthids are opening. I went to the local fish store and had my water tested. I will post what they gave me. Please let me know if you have any idea why they are not opening.

Zoas can stay closed for months sometimes when moved to a new system, so long as they’re not melting, they should be okay. Also, if you’re going to keep corals, you really should be testing your own water.

Okay, sounds like that is what the problem is because I recently moved from 20 gallon tank to a 55 gallon tank and they haven't opened up much since I moved them. I test my water twice a week but just wanted to make sure I was getting the same results. Thanks for your help much appreciated. Hopefully they open up soon

Gotcha, I probably wouldn’t worry about them unless there is melting.

Could be a bacterial issue to. I had a similar situation where they slowly stopped opening as much and liked sickly. Single dose of ChemiClean solved the problem. It’s reef safe and inexpensive so worth a shot

They’ll be fine. When I got my first frag of these guys they did stay closed for about 4 months. They were open just enough for me to see the green around the mouth. I just moved some of the ones in the pic below up to the middle of that round rock two weeks ago and they haven’t shown any signs of opening. They’re just finicky. But pretty Hardy ime.
