Still QT 3 fish with ich. They are currently in a 20 gallon. The issue now is my 4 clowns in the display are showing ich. I don’t wanna put 7 fish on a 20 gallon. Could I do hyposalinty on my 90 gallon? I have 6 turbo snails, a large tentacle anemone. And some green star polyps? Any advice is appreciated

You can use hypo on your DT. However, the invertebrates and coral will not survive. Look at the stickies for the fish disease forum and you will find a post that describes the process you would follow.
