Can anyone identify and give me a solution to this problem? This brown film like algae is all over my rocks, sands and corals

Tank is 8 months old. I feed once a day and lights are on from 9:30am to 5:30pm

I have a service tech who comes biweekly. Params were all fine when he checked last week
