Your numbers all over the map, being a smaller system I would take a day or two and flip its total volume. That would kill at least 3 birds while keeping your skimmer off and feeding more should kill the other 2. I bet your missing a lot more than No3 and Po4.

Actually I'm sorry not 100% blue 65% 5% white
Start with that. a typical rule is too much light and even water flow, they hide. Too little light, they may climb and even end up in powerhead and too little flow and they often shrivel up.

Here is a picture of type of algae
Looks like a mix of cyanobacteria and hair algae. Doubt that this growth is harming the coral. By the way nice looking aquarium.

Your must be speaking of my toadstool

I find it hard to understand that a tank does well with "x" lighting except lps.
So then we change the lighting and upset the whole tank for what? Getting lps to not die?

Instead of fixing known nutrient problem first. It's well known lps need to build a hard skeleton and nutrients are needed for them to do this.
If I skip breakfast and lunch your not getting a lot of work outta me that afternoon. I'll be to hungry to work.

Ug.

Well solution so far I started dosing Nitrates slowly yesterday skimmer is still on but just overflowing no cup I'll recheck Sunday and post new numbers although today I was able to blow alot of it off the rock easier then before
