i found a few of these in my tank that i just filled up yesterday. friend or foe?

Its a bristleworm, would call it a friendly part of cleanup crew, but it may not make it if you just set up a brand new tank unless you're adding food.

i haven't started ghost feeding yet, not sure how they got in, probably the life rock i got into it. there's quite a few of them in the tank
