We need more information!

Size & age of tank?
Water testing data?
Why is that rock so white?
Sump, refugium, filters, skimmer, doses?
Living fish?
Clean up crew?
Water changes schedule and what kind of water?
A full picture of the tank would be very helpful.

It looks like some kind of coral war is going on... but we need the data.
Is that dry rock that has not been seeded yet?

Is that slime coming from the zoas or the rock? If coming from zoas something is making them mad.

I have seen some photos of a bacteria bloom that looked like that.

How long has your tank been setup? I think it might still be cycling.

It looks like vermetid snails to me. Cut those calcareous tubes off the rock with a fragging shears and feed the snails inside of them to your fish.

It there another way to get rid of them

Not really, you can try and pry them off with an old junky knife that you don't care much for, but be careful not to cut yourself.

So just scrap all of them off . Do i take it out to do this or do i do it in the tank
