Water chemistry sometimes get out of whack. And when that happens, sometimes nems loose color (loss of zoanthelle). I've been though it many times myself. If you corrected the water chemistry quickly enough and the nem suffered a minimal loss then yes, often times the color returns. I say 'often times' because sometimes the color returns but it's not the same color. Sometimes new opportunistic zoanthelle of a different color will move in instead- not such a big deal IME. I'm not familiar with your lighting system but if your nem fancies it and you keep the water chemistry in check as well as the flow you're likely good to go.
