Is this a bristle worm and do I need to get rid of them. What fish eat them?

Yes, it's a bristleworm. They are very good for your tank in small numbers. A Coral Banded Shrimp will clean them up. I'd leave it be.

Its a good scavenger in your tank, no need to get rid of it.

Bristle worms are ok if they don't get out of control. But like any pest I'd rather them not around, I have a cleaning crew for that job, more noticed and nicer in the tank!
Dottybacks will eat them so will most wrasse. I'd just set a trap, if you have one,,, more than likely you have a larger quantity you won't ever see, never mind get rid of. Like mentioned they aren't that bad if fead
