Help! !!!!

Thought Black Hair Algae only occured in FW tank.
You sure you don't have a new tank and have a Diatom Bloom starting? If this is the case, just leave it, they will go away by themselves in time.

well it looks like black hair algae but also when I suck it up iys like a stuck togeather makes sand and rock stick together

AH, may be Cyano. It tends to look black when bunched up.
May be Dinos also

One thing would be flow. Its a bacteria, you can blow it off with powerheads and stay on it. Check out your silicates, its feeding off something. New tank? Old lighting? If you have no coral you can throw Red Slime Remover.

yea I have plenty of flow and its been running for over a year and I have new bulbs about a month old and I have a few cotal frahs and anemomes

Wisp it away with a powerhead or you hand, not much else you can do if you have enough flow and new lights.

Im not aware of any medications for that stuff that is Reef safe.

No, your safe. Generally its a 3 day lights out, won't harm the corals.

lights have been off this is my third day today I turn lights on to see progress and looks like its going away
