Hi guys I have no corals or anything growing on my rock but this morning I noticed these in my tank I have one on my heater and on my liverock can anyone shed some light please

You have aiptasia.
Remove the pieces they're on IMMEDIATELY and make sure they are real good and dead before returning the stuff to the water. You do NOT want these pests - be glad you caught them early! Do not delay! Some boiling water squirted on the spot it's on the live rock out of the water should kill the one on it. Pull your heater out and let it dry off for several hours. Inspect carefully for any more.
