Why do my clown fish keep dyeing had 1 at the start of December 3 weeks later he died water was fine when I tested it so went back an got 2 more thought they were doing fine then this morning one was dead think my tank is cursed the tank is 5 months old had a shrimp in there for 4 months an he's fine had no problems with him also have 2 dwarf hermit crabs and 1 turbo snail an idea why they keep dyeing so the one remaining doesn't suffer the same fate.

What are the exact water parameters? How did you acclimate them? Can you tell us more about the setup such as equipment? Are you getting the fish from the same place? Do you quarantine them? What other livestock do you have?

Sorry to bombard you with all these questions. It will be helpful to get this information to try and narrow down what is happening.

Its all about QT with fish. My fish do great in my fowlr and its like mud that they live in. Seriously I did one water change on that tank in 2 years time and bioload is ridiculous.

Carnt check water I'm at work an I did the drip method for an hour an just a standard tank an filter an circulation pump and I didn't quarantine them should I? Got them from the same place as before got 2 dwarf hermit crabs 1 turbo snail an a shrimp.

Ok there's my mistake not tested for suck things didn't know there was a test to see if there is any

We are only trying to help! If you don't give us ANY information how are we supposed to help? Just stating that your water was fine tells us absolutely nothing! Punctuation and proper sentences go a long way!

What do I need for a nursing tank found one with filter heater would I need a circulation pump.

If you are keeping a shrimp alive, your water parameters are likely ok. They are very sensitive. So we are left with O2, disease, aggression?, stress (from capture or in tank due to size), acclimation or other... did the fish look healthy in the store?

What is your tank size? How is oxygen making it into the water? What temperature is the tank?
