I have a long tentacle anemone and it looks like this and it is releasing a white milky fluid. Should I be worried?

How long has it been like that? Are you spot feeding? What are your parameters?

Just that day but unfortunately it died last night

Bummer, sorry to hear. Make sure you remove it ASAP. Check your parameters and try to diagnose the issue. If nothing else you can learn from it and gain more knowledge for the future.

I did remove it this morning and will try to diagnose it thanks for the help
