I got a 80 gallon tank but I have a 55 gallon tank can I put the water in the 80 gallon and put the fish o should I wait

Not nearly enough information to provide you with any useful suggestions.

If your 55 is fully cycled and you take all of the rock coral filtration and equipment and everything from the 55 to the 80, you MAY be ok but it may start a small cycle. I've done this many times successfully, but we need to know how long the 55 has been set up, water parameters, livestock, etc

How long has the 55 been established?

You should be able to.

Fill the 80 with as much water as you can, new water. Then move over your rock structure. Then transfer over whatever water you need and fish, inverts, coral. The biological filter is in the rock so you "should" be good.

Use new sand, it's just easier then trying to rinse the old sand enough.

I have only rocks and blue tang and 2 clownfish but I have a 29 gallon biocube should I put the fish in the boicube

That's what I would do.

One thing you could add to help. Seachem stability. It will just help some on the biological filter, sorta a booster. I use it every time I add a fish to a tank.
