I don't have a QT at this point but will it harm my other fish or my bio filter? This is not a reef tank just a fish only with a few snails

@evan-beachouse-45 Can you QT this clownfish? Treating with a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as Kanaplex, might be prudent.

I can for sure take my snails out and my carbon and treat with kanaplex

If you do this, it will be safe to dose Kanaplex directly into the water. The food soak thing might work, and that would be safer for the snails. But it's always better to dose the water, so the fish's skin directly absorbs the medication.
