hey guys I started cycling my fish tank 2 weeks ago. I have live rock and live sand in it. I test it with my kit every 2 days but I haven't seen a change in anything. Ammonia has remaind at zero since day 1 and so has the nitrite. What am I doing wrong? Please help! TIA

Have you tried to jump start the nitrogen cycle with food or a piece of fresh sea food? I used a small piece of frozen scallop in my tank and allowed it to decompose. It'll get you ammonia to spike and start that natural cycle for you.

Honestly I don't think you are doing anything wrong :)
If the rock is showing signs of life just keep running it as you are.
I wouldn't start dumping stuff in quickly, this is a slow and steady hobby
