I woke up this morning and none of my corals are opening up. HELP!!!!

I don't have a magnesium test or a way to test the salt level

These levels are the same as when I usually test them

It's a red Sea max e 260 the only thing I have done recently is upgraded and added a underneath sump a week ago.

How old is the tank .. and you should really have something to check your salt .. I check mine everyday .. because of water evaporating

do you have a LFS where you could take water too to test ?? It's hard to ***** with only half the information available .. do you have a ATO on your tank ??

Yeah the LFS doesn't open till 11 I'm texting one of there employees now. But it's weird my mother in law and I both get our water from this LFS and now this morning she lost her favorite hammer which she has had for almost a year now. Coincidence???

Are you getting ready made water or rodi and adding salt yourself

I also recommend at least a hydrometer so that you know if your levels of salt change. The salinity is enough for your coral to react that way.

Ready made water I'm going to a different LFS now to buy a hydrometer.

Personal experience my lps does not so well with SG that high

In my opinion you will want to slowly bring that down to about 1.026 over days.

What do you use for evaporation?

I add a ro water daily to compensate for evaporation. My LFS guy told me to take out 3 gallons of water and put in 3 gallons of ro water
