HELP!!!

So I'm concerned about these colonial hydroids

If that's what they are are these ones harmful? They don't seem to be affecting anything. I'm just really worried I'm going to have to replace all the live rock and I'm sure my Mandarin couldn't deal with that.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
