I need help new to reef keeping my first piece is turning white what do I do to reverse this if I can at all

Well, we're gonna need more info. All of your parameters would be a great start. How long has your tank been running? How long have you had this coral, etc?

I only have test stripes but everything on them is OK my salinity level is 1.024
