It's really hard to say for sure. o_O

However, if they had velvet I would suspect they'd be dead by now. Can you QT?
 
not this time I can't QT the other tank is down . but I'm doing the hypo.. idk how long till I see any difference.

I don't know. I had a Longnose Butterfly last a week before bring the bullet. @Humblefish said it himself it appeared to be Velvet. I thought I read somewhere it can take up to 15 days. Although none most cases it happens overnight.
 
Boy. It is tough to tell from those, but they are a bit better. It really does look like velvet. Not every strain isn't the same. I'll say that hypo won't help at all if not done correctly so be sure you have a perfectly calibrated refractometer and an ATO if possible. If it's velvet, you won't see any improvement.
