37.5 gm in 1 litre of RO/DI make 33 ppt solution. So, ideally 20 to 50 gram is more than sufficient for testing.

Ok I don't have a scale though
I have one and I will post a picture how much that is once I go back home. Its very less. So with 4 salt batch it will be less than 200 grams.

I looked close at the picture and I can see that the 20 looks a little darker than the sample. If you can see it then your lower than that value.
