So I'm new to this protein skimmer thing and I got a fluval protein skimmer ps 1 and it makes a lot of small bubbles and it comes out from the bottom of my protein skimmer and it goes everywhere in my tank is it normal ???

HI, doesn't sound normal. There are videos on Youtube. May need to be dialed in or you have the air hose off. Hard to help w/o hands on.
