Don't say you are wrong cause we don't know yet what will happen and it's very hard to tell from a pics. This is still weird but I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it comes back

Just feed it good quality frozen food like Rods, LRS, mysis..... if you can get some Selcon, soak some food into to boost its a immune system.
