How do I get rid of this hair algae ?

Probably need a series of water changes. Also I've found that emerald crabs are crazy algae eaters.

Looks like u have aptasia on that rock as well.
Peroxide tangs or rabbit fish as well

Less light, less food. Tang, Turbo Snails and if you can remove any of the rock, dip it in a mix of 1-peroxide / 10-water for a few minutes.
