Both are not eating and staying near bottom looks like thy are gasping fast. The orange percula does swim to food but does not eat and the black just doesn't eat at all. I had them both about 3 weeks and they were eating fine
 
I don't see any real signs of brook in the pictures, but the rapid breathing and lack of appetite coupled with them being new clowns does make me suspicious. Brook is pretty much the first suspect when dealing with clownfish (especially new ones) and for good reason. Check out the link provided and see if you can get the ruby reef rally or acriflavin and metroplex.
