[Paintinfishes]

My Bangai Cardinal swallowed the peppermint shrimp or the shedding from it and it is stuck in its mouth. The antenna and what appears to be the head is still sticking out. Not sure what to do. Should I try to remove it, he clearly can't get it out. Appreciate any suggestions, and yes I am fairly new to saltwater. Thank You

Are you able to net him? If you can net him and use a tweezers or something to gently remove it from his mouth and then put him back he should be ok

Yes I can, I was just afraid to do anything without getting some input first. I think that would be the best advice though. Thank you
